At SimBlink (the website and the Android / iOS mobile app) we process your personal data only as far as needed to provide the service.

What data do we process?

Account data: your name, email address and an irreversibly hashed password.

Order data: the service and country you choose, the temporary number assigned to you, timestamps and the SMS code and content received on that number.

Wallet records: top-ups, purchases and refunds. Your card details never reach us; card payments are processed by Shopier.

Support messages: what you write to us in support tickets.

Mobile app: your device's notification token (push token) used to send notifications, and your language preference.

Security logs: activity records kept to protect your account and prevent abuse.

Who do we share data with?

Verification numbers are obtained from our number provider partners; only the selected service and country are shared, never your name or email address. Card payments are processed by Shopier. Mobile notifications are delivered through Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and Google Analytics cookies for visit statistics. The mobile app does not use cookies or an advertising ID.

Retention periods

SMS contents received on numbers are deleted automatically after a 30-day retention period. Security logs are kept for up to 1 year. Order and payment records are kept for as long as legal accounting and tax obligations require.

Account deletion and your rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app via Profile > "Permanently delete account" or from the Profile section on the website; details are at simblink.com/en/hesap-silme. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data; write to the support address below for any request.
